The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website. By using this site the user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given here under and/or elsewhere in the site.
The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections. please read our returns policy before placing an order. www.salwarkameezstore.com is one of the online subsidiary arm that is owned, operated and controlled by Salwar Kameez Store. No material from this site or any other web site owned, operated, controlled or licensed by Salwar Kameez Store, India. and/or associates or sister concerns may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, downloaded, uploaded or in any other manner for commercial use or otherwise without written permission of Salwar Kameez Store, Violation of this condition is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights of Salwar Kameez Store and/or their associates or sister concerns or affiliates.
Even though Salwar Kameez Store shall try to deliver the
products as per the details/specifications given on the order form by the user
while placing the order, it reserves (in it's absolute discretion) a right to
deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond it's control and any
such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery.
Even though Salwar Kameez Store shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from Salwar Kameez Store . Every order is delivered as per specifications of the product mentioned online. If customer refused to accept the delivery in any case, there will be no claim or refund in any case.
Shall take due caution at the time of delivery to deliver the product to the correct person at the address on the order form, but disclaims any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation
If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.
www.salwarkameezstore.com does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall www.salwarkameezstore.com be liable for any loss of data, lost profits or any damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered in the site. All prices are inclusive of cartage, service charges, packaging and all other costs involved with the process of ordering and delivering. All the taxes and customs if applied are not included in the invoice value.
All Jurisdiction and matters of arbitration in New Delhi Court, India only.
Salwar Kameez Store will not bear any kind of custom duty that may be introduced as per your shipping destination country custom rules. Salwar Kameez Store will not accept the claim of any refund if customer fails to pay the duty charges and order could not be delivered due this only.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Please note that we add 2-4 inch loosing as a standard practice and this must not be considered as variation/error. If you don't want loosing over your given measurements kindly inform us either in order comments or through email/phone.
Item received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item :
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. Jewelries and accessories are not refundable in any case. They can only be repaired or replaced.
We will express ship a replacement item at the earliest
possible with no extra shipping cost to you
If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. We will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the exchange.
If you do not want any alternate item then we will refund you in full amount. Always email us first if you have a problem on firstname.lastname@example.org. Never send back a item without informing us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items. Always return your items using registered airmail / courier who provide proof of delivery. Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.
Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (please, no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received. We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring. As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send thru reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us. Please mark the items as defective order returns.
For Stitched item, 100% refund would not be possible. Stitching charges would be deducted.
We offer free shipping that does not mean that shipping company do not charge us. We pay the shipping charges on your behalf. In case of any type of return/refund the shipping charges that we paid will be deducted from the balance amount.
Credit Refunds :
All credits to be refunded to a customer's credit card account takes about 3 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement.
In case of payments made through EBS payment gateway while refund, 7% transaction charges will be deducted.
Be extra alert when accepting parcel from courier -
If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.
Color & description disclaimer :
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color and embroidery as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
We do not accept returns and exchange for Items from
"Made to Order" section.
Deviation in Product
Please note that slight deviation is inherent for the hand embroidered or hand spun/woven, hand dyed products. It does not mean that the product is defective or not as per the order. Sometimes there may be slight variations in garment edging depending on the commercial availability of the material. This does not qualify a garment for return/exchange claim.
DISCLAIMER : Customized items will not be exchanged. Accessories are not exchanged or returned unless proof of transit damage is provided. Please note that items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.
Quality is our primary focus. We thoroughly check each merchandise for quality before dispatch to ensure that you receive a flawless product. However, in rare case, you receive a faulty one, do let us know the same within 24 hours of receipt of order through an email to email@example.com with the photographic proof. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. We will assess the complaint and if deemed genuine, the return process will be initiated and you will receive store credit of equal amount that you may use to purchase other items from the website. Our policy don’t allow us to refund money.
Please realize that customized orders that are in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only accept products in their original condition, with all tags, packaging intact and we do not process any products that are returned without our approval. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, we request you to contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.
We will not accept any returned items for colour difference which is caused by variation in display monitor settings or the weather condition.
